Whipped Tallow Cream - 4oz

Our whipped tallow cream is a simple moisturizer for face and body, made from grass-fed beef tallow we render ourselves in Long Beach. Tallow is close to the oils your own skin makes, so it sinks in fast and leaves skin soft, not greasy. We whip it light, so it scoops like frosting and melts as soon as it touches warm skin.

What's in it

• Grass-fed, grass-finished beef tallow. We render it four times to clean it, so it has little to no smell.
• Organic coconut oil. It keeps the cream soft enough to scoop.
• Organic essential oil in Lavender, Rosehip or Peppermint. No Scent is tallow and coconut oil only.

No fillers, no synthetic fragrance, no preservatives.

How to use it

• Face, morning: warm a pea-sized amount between your fingers and press it into clean, slightly damp skin. Give it a minute before sunscreen or makeup.
• Face, night: use a little more, and cover the dry spots around the nose, cheeks and jaw.
• Hands, elbows, heels and lips: work a small amount into rough, dry patches.

Questions

Does it smell like beef?

No. Well-rendered tallow has little to no smell. No Scent smells of almost nothing; the others smell of their essential oil.

Will it clog my pores?

Most people find tallow gentle on pores because it is so close to skin's own oils, but every face is different. If you break out easily, patch test first.

Can I use it on my face?

Yes, it works as a daily face cream. A little goes a long way.

How long does a jar last?

A 4 oz jar lasts most people one to two months of daily use. Keep it cool and dry, and scoop with clean, dry fingers.
